Mike Strobo has over 25 years of experience in telecom and large enterprise environments. A senior executive with experience in delivering complex projects spanning design, implementation and support. A proven leader with the ability to organize and motivate teams in the delivery of outstanding customer service.
In his current role as Senior Vice President at Bold Business, he is responsible for delivery of all client services. Through his leadership, customers receive value and quality in the delivery of every service. Prior to joining Bold Business, he was an Engagement Manager for IPsoft servicing Cisco globally. He has also held engineering positions at Butler, Verizon and in the Department of Defense.
As a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE #2712), Mike was responsible for complex network designs for Bank of America, VISA USA, Phillip Morris, Blackrock, Siemens, Lowes, Dow Jones, and American Express, to name a few. For 9 years, Mike worked for Butler International as a solutions architect responsible for developing customer solutions ranging from network designs to IP video surveillance. Mike brings extensive network and product development experience to the Bold Business team.
Viviane DeRosa is a Brand and Digital Marketing Strategist who partners with CEOs and executives to grow their professional brands by analyzing the needs of her clients. After spending nearly a decade working in Advertising, Business Development and Digital Marketing for multi-million dollar brands and startups, Viviane knows what truly drives conversions, and demonstrates a history of revenue growth for several vertical markets including merchants, financial institutes and the automotive industry. Viviane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida.

Prior to Bold Business, Ed served as Chairman and CEO of publicly traded Butler International for 23 years. Butler served a wide array of industries worldwide with many sophisticated turnkey assignments. A prolific writer and commentator, he also served as the publisher of Chief Executive Magazines, and has written for the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and many more media outlets. Having worked as a senior project manager for companies such as GTE, Verizon, & Frontier, Greg was a key contributor on numerous enterprise customer projects including several hospitals, health care centers, and the state of Illinois.

James Hummer has 12-years of experience leading the launch and development of new operational business units and organizations. As a business leader, he has successfully guided teams through the design, implementation, and scaling of mission critical programs. He has a proven track record of maximizing organizational impact through the development of best-in-class teams and implementation of scalable operations.
As SVP of Business Operations at Bold Business, James is responsible for directing Finance, HR, Recruiting, and Philippines office administration. Internally, James leads cross-functional teams in support of business development, client service, and client satisfaction organizations. Externally, he collaborates regularly with clients to streamline communication, improve reporting processes, and implement new tools to increase visibility.
Previously, James was a consultant based in New York City where he engaged various growth stage companies to improve their business strategy and organization. Key projects include: leading the creation of a national outbound call center; developing and launching a data-integration joint venture with a publicly traded fortune 500 company; reorganizing an operationally complex, federally regulated, organization for a national health insurer. Prior, James successfully founded an advertising technology company and licensed the software in 2014.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
Master Security Consultant
Barry Rein has worked in the information security field for over 20 years, consulting in NIST, HIPAA/ACA, and ISO risk assessments, analysis and compliance, as well as standards-based security policy and procedure development. Barry has held the CISSP certification since 2003 and achieved the CCSP cloud security certification in 2016. He also holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. Barry has experience in risk assessments, privacy, risk, audit, security metrics & security delivery models.
Most recently Barry worked with a state health agency on an ongoing engagement to help the agency meet Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) security policy requirements by performing system security plan (SSP) assessments. With the agency’s legal staff, he wrote CMS-compliant privacy policies.
Other positions Barry held before Bold Business include working as a senior security consultant performing risk assessments at client organizations; security analyst for the health department at a large US county government; and security analyst at a large automobile manufacturer.
Earlier in his career Barry worked at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) as a power systems analyst on the Galileo spacecraft mission to Jupiter. His background also includes working for TennCare, BT, KPMG and Toyota.
Steven Weigelt is an experienced cybersecurity consultant with Bold Business with over ten years’ experience in risk, compliance, architecture and security. He has a successful track record in taking on challenging assignments and delivering high quality results. Steven is recognized as a customer-focused problem solver, diligent leader, and resourceful team player.
As a security architect at DXC’s Security Advisory Services, Steven led and participated in consulting engagements, providing leadership, risk management advice, development, and architectural guidance for multiple clients in many industries, including insurance, healthcare, oil and gas, transportation and information technology.
In security architecture engagements, Steven has been responsible for creating roadmaps, architectural diagrams, solution design and advisement to ensure management of risk and compliance.
Steven has also performed multiple compliance audits, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and 27002, NIST 800 Series and MARS-E. He has written and provided reports and roadmaps to address assessment findings and worked closely with clients to resolve and mitigate security and compliance gaps.
In the area of security operations, Steven has provided training and development of operational standards based on best practices and industry standards. He has created standards, procedures, incident response plans and performed table-top exercises.
In addition to his work experience at DXC, Steven previously worked at the AAA Insurance Exchange, and is a certified Ethical Hacker with a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge.
Shane Morris brings to Bold Business over two decades of information security experience. Shane is a highly skilled, experienced, educated, and certified information security professional. He has extensive experience in multiple information security domains and has designed and implemented security solutions to protect the information assets and critical data of multiple clients and organizations. His work experience includes Colorado Spring Utilities, Security Horizon Inc, HP and DXC.
As an experienced security professional, Shane has a proven track record for providing right sized, vendor-agnostic security solutions to reduce overall organizational risk while meeting client needs and requirements. Shane’s security experience enables him to review existing security environments to identify potential security deficiencies, threats, or events that could potentially impact the overall security posture of the organization and be able to determine appropriate responses.
Shane’s unique combination of security experience, knowledge, education, management skills along with his technical expertise enables him to effectively manage all aspects of security related projects to include Security Architecture, Governance, Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Organizational and Technical Assessments, Compliance, Security Program Development and Implementation, Security Training, and Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Assessments.

Eva Kuiper brings to Bold Business over twenty years of experience in information security, ten of those as a member of a Fortune 50 Information Security organization. During that time, she was a member of the team that redesigned the overall security program and developed the program’s security strategies as well as methodologies for risk assessments. As part of the governance review team she developed security policies and procedures and managed the policy exception program. She helped set up the PCI Compliance Program and served as a PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA). She was also the Team Lead for Mergers and Acquisitions security due diligence activities and vendor security assessments as well as internal security consulting. She also has extensive client consulting experience in governance, risk and compliance. Most recently, Eva has been engaged in security consulting in the Healthcare industry and well as serving as technical lead for a Risk and Compliance Management security consulting practice.
Eva has deep familiarity with security standards, having served as a company voting member in the ISO SC27 security committee and as co-editor for ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and 27004:2009. In addition to SC27, she was an active participant in the US national body ad hoc committee for Cloud Security. Eva also participates in the Open Group Security Forum, specifically in the risk management strategy group for Open FAIR, and is a member of various local security organizations, including the Seattle Cloud Security Alliance chapter.
Eva has served as a member of Hewlett-Packard’s internal Global Cyber Security team and has also provided consultative engagements to TennCare.

David joins Bold Business with over 15 years of communications project management experience, developing and managing complex network engineering and operational projects. David was previously Director of Operations at Velex where he managed teams of field techs, oversaw key deployments, and organized company financial models. Prior to this role, he has undertaken several senior project management positions at several large communications companies where he held financial, consultative as well as operational responsibilities. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Colorado Technical University.

Matt has led security operations teams as well as governance, risk, and compliance organizations. He has over 20 years experience architecting and building out cybersecurity solutions and services for both large and small enterprises as well as implementing security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
Matt’s accomplishments include implementing risk-based IT security strategies and developing enterprise-scale security solutions and strategies. Matt takes a pragmatic approach to security, helping clients identify and successfully manage vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and compliance requirements on time and within budget. He has led compliance engagements for PCI, HIPAA, and SOX, among others.
Matt graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Computer Science and later received a MS in Technology Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Before becoming a consultant Matt was the IT Director for a five-hospital healthcare system in Texas.

Bob then moved rapidly through the ranks at Comforce Telecom, Inc. filling roles as senior director, managing director, and national sales manager, responsible for strategically planning and executing sales strategies. He developed the vital skill to secure relationships with Fortune 500 executives. His broad experience has positioned him as trainer and mentor to sales teams.
George Georgiou has a 30-year track record as a preeminent leader of professional, customer-centric organizations and as a communications industry expert. A senior executive with experience managing global business units with substantial P&L’s. A sales oriented leader with vast experience in building and maintaining organizational stability and performing to beyond expectations. A proven growth specialist with ability to analyze opportunity, transition, build and / or re-organize as needed, passionately communicate mission, energize organization and lead by example.
In his current role as Senior Vice President, he is responsible for all Telecom clients and associated revenues along with service delivery. He has helped clients overcome some difficult technological challenges such as national network integration and migration to current generation designs and architectures. As a consultant to clients, he brings substantial insight in all areas of communication technologies.
