Ralph Angeles has over 4 years of extensive experience in a Telecommunications and Internet Service Provider industry with expertise in analysis, documentation, optimization, troubleshooting and implementation in a multi-vendor environment.
He was exposed in a different network architecture such as small into large scale enterprise environment. On his previous role at Sky Cable Corporation and Radius Telecoms as an IP Core support / L2 NOC – Lead Engineer, he was responsible in troubleshoot network performance issues, analyzing and providing overall solution; implementing new network elements and maintain operations in a large, high-volume service provider network in any corresponding changes/modifications/integration approach throughout the Regional and Core Ethernet network.
As a Juniper Network Certified Associate (JNCIA – Junos #JPR00275878) and broad hands-on experience in IOS-XR’s (ie. In his current role as Transmission Access Network Engineer at Bold Business, he is responsible for doing the work scope of DPG port/equipment activations and Test and Turn Up DSLAMs. Prior to joining bold Business, he was a Corporate Provisioning Engineer (Level 2) in TPG Telecom for 2.5 years. He was also a previous Technical Solutions in Hewlett Packard Enterprise for a year and a former Facilities Engineer, Wireless RAN Engineer and Project Control Manager in Huawei Technologies for almost 4 years.

Delmar Benavidez has been working for 7 years solid experience as a Transmission Engineer with excellent working experience in Network Operation Center, Responsible mainly in Fault Management of Transmission and conduct first line troubleshooting to assist/support Field Personnel in troubleshooting and restoration process. With 7 years in the Telecom Industry in the Philippines, he was involved in different projects that ensures network quality through fault and performance management. He is a highly adaptable, flexible professional who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently with minimum supervision.
As a Transmission and Access Engineer at Bold Business, He is responsible for supporting Frontier Telecoms in provisioning DSLAMS in the US. Prior to joining Bold Business, he was a Transmission engineer under Globe Telecoms under its Network Operations Center handling both Local and International incidents that may affect its Core Network.
Bryan Cristopher Garcia has 10 years solid experience in the Telecoms Industry and is specialized in fixed and Wireless transmission. He started his career as an Engineer I (Cadetship) in one of the Major Telecommunication Service Provider in the Philippines, where he performs routine maintenance, system checks and fault isolation and timely restoration of transmission systems. He then moved up to Engineer II & III where he performs provisioning and network improvement projects.
Before joining Bold Business, He was a Senior Engineer for the Transmission O & M Team where he authors proactive solutions, system improvement and network development initiatives to address network faults and Implements networks reconfigurations and upgrades to optimize utilization of existing network elements.
He has strong first-hand experience in configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Transmission Equipment: SDH/PDH/SONET (ECI NMS, NPT, XDM, & BG), MSAN (Hi-X & Keymile Milegate), GPON (Fiberhome), Radio and Wireless IP (NERA, INFINET, HARRIS, RADWIN, FIRETIDE & FUJITSU). Test equipment (JDSU testers, BER tester, OTDR, Fiber Microscope, Fiber Identifier & Power meter). Has Strong knowledge and actual experience on telecommunications technologies: SDH, Wireless, MSAN, TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, WAN technologies (PPP, Frame Relay, Metro-Ethernet).
He is now functioning as a Team Lead for Transmission Network Engineer, he is leading his team in Network Activations/Provisioning of Frontier’s Communications DSLAMs under the CAF Project.
Mark Anthony Castillo has been working in the telecom industry for almost 5 years. A Transmission and Access Network Engineer with experience in planning, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission and access equipment. A self motivated and a team player with the ability to influence colleagues to have positive outlook no matter the situation.
In his current role as Provisioning Engineer at Bold Business, he is responsible to support Frontier Communications for the provisioning of DSLAMS. Prior to joining Bold Business, he was a site Engineer at Etisalat. He has also held engineering position at Eastern Telecommunications.
As an experienced Transmission and Access Engineer, Mark was responsible for maintenance of the transmission facility of one of the seven emirates in the UAE. For almost four years, Mark worked for Eastern Telecommunications which is one of the major Teleco providers in the country as a Transmission and Access Network Operations Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining transmission facilities of various equipment such as SDH/SONET,DWDM,IP Radio,MSAN/DSLAM and GPON.
John Felix De Guzman is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with 7 years accumulated experience in the Telecommunications industry. A senior network engineer with experience in delivering complex products and also fault related concerns. A proven team player with the proper attitude and work ethic to excel in a high-paced environment.
In his current role as a Transmission and Access Network Engineer, he is responsible for the provisioning of DSLAMs, applying configuration changes on network elements, building management paths, and equipment Turn ups.
Prior to Bold Business, He first started his career with Imperium Technologies as an L1 Network Engineer and later moved to TPG as a Project Manager and Technical Specialist. He later applied as an Access Testing/L2 Corporate Diagnostic Engineer within the same company to level up his networking skills.
Due to this internal movement, he became an expert in Corporate Provisioning and Fault related concerns for complex products like IP-line, IP-VPN, Voice Products, and Metro Ethernet(E-Line & E-LAN) which run through Fiber(NBN, GPON, Ciena, HAN) and Copper(ADSL2+,SHDSL, EFM) networks. Responsibilities include loop line testing, CFM fault management, & RFC Testing for carrier grade services. John also performs configuration changes on managed routers/switches installed for customers as well as configuration changes on core routers, switches, and aggregates. As one of the senior engineers in the team, he performs Design Quality Assurance to ensure that the services delivered will work 100% before turning them over to our customer.
Edd Julius Tortoles has 7 years total working experience. He was a Technical Support Engineer handling one of the Wireless services of Globe Telecom. Deal with customers who are experiencing WIFI connection problem. These are the people who are connected to Starbucks’ WIFI zone and several banks in the Philippines who use wireless connection to their ATMs. To solve the issues, he modifies some settings in the modems, signal refresh on SIM cards and checks tower cell site for any outages. He worked for TPG Telecom (Australian Company) as an SME (subject matter expert) for the Access Testing Team. They installed managed and unmanaged far-end devices such as CISCO, OneAccess, HN400x DSLAM, Ciena, Huawei, etc. He taught newly hired staff and other departments on how to provision a new service and handle fault cases in case there is a problem will be encountered.
In his current role as Transmission and Access Network Engineer at Bold Business, he is responsible for DSLAM activations with the collaboration of Field technician, assigning VLANs and IP addresses of the switches connected to it and make sure that it has connectivity from the last mile to a public network.
Though CISCO certifications has expired like CCNA and CCNP Routing, he still makes sure that his career path involves in a technical environment. Currently, he is taking up firewall certifications under the Fortinet platform.
Mark Sutayco has been working in the BPO industry for almost 12 years now. He has experienced working with different international businesses such as eBay, Hilton Corporation, Morgan Stanley, just to name a few.
As a Network engineer, he is expected to work with field technicians to setup test services and confirm sites are functioning normally, test and turn-up, change support for DSLAMs for CAF2 projects, maintain all client Network systems, provision configuration on equipment and troubleshoot network or equipment issues if necessary. Prior to joining BoldBusiness, Mark has started his networking career as a Provisioning Engineer at TPG Telecom, which is an Australian telecommunications and IT company that specialises in consumer and business internet services as well as mobile telephone services. Over the span of almost 3 years, he has experienced working in several departments such as Service Assurance and Access Testing Team.
Mark is currently taking up his master’s degree in Computer Engineering specializing in Real Time Embedded System. Aside from being a technical person in the field of engineering, Mark is also knowledgeable in Web Development and Database Management System. He is also a part-time college instructor, teaching in the field of Computer Engineering and Information Technology.
Marvin Jerryl V. Villacarlos has 3 years solid experience in the Telecoms Industry and is specialized in fixed and Wireless transmission. He started his career as a Microwave Transmission Engineer where he leads his team in installation, commissioning, and testing of Ericsson and Nera IP & MW Radios. He then honed his skills in a local ISP where he was trained extensively for 6 months in all technical department of a full functioning Telco. Barry Rein has worked in the information security field for over 20 years, consulting in NIST, HIPAA/ACA, and ISO risk assessments, analysis and compliance, as well as standards-based security policy and procedure development. Barry has held the CISSP certification since 2003 and achieved the CCSP cloud security certification in 2016. He also holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. Barry has experience in risk assessments, privacy, risk, audit, security metrics & security delivery models.
Most recently Barry worked with a state health agency on an ongoing engagement to help the agency meet Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) security policy requirements by performing system security plan (SSP) assessments. With the agency’s legal staff, he wrote CMS-compliant privacy policies.
Other positions Barry held before Bold Business include working as a senior security consultant performing risk assessments at client organizations; security analyst for the health department at a large US county government; and security analyst at a large automobile manufacturer.

Steven Weigelt is an experienced cybersecurity consultant with Bold Business with over ten years’ experience in risk, compliance, architecture and security. He has a successful track record in taking on challenging assignments and delivering high quality results. Steven is recognized as a customer-focused problem solver, diligent leader, and resourceful team player.
As a security architect at DXC’s Security Advisory Services, Steven led and participated in consulting engagements, providing leadership, risk management advice, development, and architectural guidance for multiple clients in many industries, including insurance, healthcare, oil and gas, transportation and information technology.
In security architecture engagements, Steven has been responsible for creating roadmaps, architectural diagrams, solution design and advisement to ensure management of risk and compliance.

Shane Morris brings to Bold Business over two decades of information security experience. Shane is a highly skilled, experienced, educated, and certified information security professional. He has extensive experience in multiple information security domains and has designed and implemented security solutions to protect the information assets and critical data of multiple clients and organizations. His work experience includes Colorado Spring Utilities, Security Horizon Inc, HP and DXC.
As an experienced security professional, Shane has a proven track record for providing right sized, vendor-agnostic security solutions to reduce overall organizational risk while meeting client needs and requirements. Shane’s security experience enables him to review existing security environments to identify potential security deficiencies, threats, or events that could potentially impact the overall security posture of the organization and be able to determine appropriate responses.
Shane’s unique combination of security experience, knowledge, education, management skills along with his technical expertise enables him to effectively manage all aspects of security related projects to include Security Architecture, Governance, Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Organizational and Technical Assessments, Compliance, Security Program Development and Implementation, Security Training, and Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Assessments.

Eva Kuiper brings to Bold Business over twenty years of experience in information security, ten of those as a member of a Fortune 50 Information Security organization. During that time, she was a member of the team that redesigned the overall security program and developed the program’s security strategies as well as methodologies for risk assessments. As part of the governance review team she developed security policies and procedures and managed the policy exception program. She helped set up the PCI Compliance Program and served as a PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA). She was also the Team Lead for Mergers and Acquisitions security due diligence activities and vendor security assessments as well as internal security consulting. She also has extensive client consulting experience in governance, risk and compliance. Most recently, Eva has been engaged in security consulting in the Healthcare industry and well as serving as technical lead for a Risk and Compliance Management security consulting practice.
Eva has deep familiarity with security standards, having served as a company voting member in the ISO SC27 security committee and as co-editor for ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and 27004:2009. In addition to SC27, she was an active participant in the US national body ad hoc committee for Cloud Security. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Colorado Technical University.

Matt has led security operations teams as well as governance, risk, and compliance organizations. He has over 20 years experience architecting and building out cybersecurity solutions and services for both large and small enterprises as well as implementing security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.

George Georgiou has a 30-year track record as a preeminent leader of professional, customer-centric organizations and as a communications industry expert. In his current role as Senior Vice President, he is responsible for all Telecom clients and associated revenues along with service delivery. He has helped clients overcome some difficult technological challenges such as national network integration and migration to current generation designs and architectures.
